Institutional experience
Institutional assignments are demanding in a particular way. Multiple assets must be valued consistently, reporting deadlines are fixed, and the analysis is read by managers, trustees, auditors and lenders who will test the assumptions behind it.
First Pacific has experience with REIT, corporate and portfolio valuation work in Malaysia, including multi-asset programmes and instructions undertaken alongside major international firms. We manage these engagements as programmes: planned inspections, verified tenancy information, consistent assumption frameworks and documented internal review.
